By signing up for a Zoom Express account, you will be in agreement with these Terms

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Zoom Express, in relation to your use of the Website and our Services, so it’s important that you take the time to read them carefully.

We may change these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website, which will change the Terms on which we offer the use of the Website and our Services from the date of change, so please check back.

1. THE WEBSITE

This Website and Zoom Express Services are provided by Zoom Express.

The material and software on the Website may be used as a package management resource. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content or software on this Website is strictly prohibited.

2. Registration for an Account

To become a Zoom Express account holder, you must register and obtain an account.

You consent to us contacting you from time to time to ensure your personal information is current. Your payment Information is NOT saved and you will have to enter it every time you check out.

3. Use of our Website

This Website and our Services are available for use by anyone who has agreed to these Terms.

Unless your access is revoked by us in writing, we grant you a non-exclusive license to access and use the Website in the ordinary course of browsing the Website and using our Services (including any reasonable incidental printing of information that occurs as part of that use) and in accordance with these Terms.

The Website is provided to you on an “as is”, “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranty by us.

For privacy purposes we will not share any of your personal information with any third party

The availability of content on the Website is also subject to the limitations of the Internet including re-buffering, loss of connection and dropouts.

While care has been taken when compiling the Website, it may use information from a range of sources, including third party advertisements. We can’t screen all of this material before it appears on the Website and are not responsible for and do not necessarily endorse its content.

4. Storage

Customers will receive free storage on shipments up to two-weeks after delivery date. After which a storage fee of $3 a day for one additional week will be applied. After this period, if an invoice has not been received for items in storage or if billed items have not yet been collected, they will be sold to cover shipment fees.

5. Refunds

Zoom Express will not issue any refunds for items purchased on your behalf. Refunds that are issued will be done by the seller of the item.

6. Sending Invoices

All packages require an invoice to be cleared. This also includes duty free items. We encourage you at the time of your purchase to upload your invoice to your account. Packages without invoices will be subject to shipping/delivery delays.

7. Package Collection

If a family member or friend is collecting a package on your behalf, please send an email to [email protected] with the name of the person collecting the package on your behalf. Persons collecting items on your behalf must present a valid I.D.

8. Hazardous Materials

Please be advised that hazardous materials will need clearance before shipping and will incur additional charges. Please speak to a member of our team for additional information.

9. Returns

Returns can only be processed by Zoom Express if items are currently at our U.S warehouse. Once items are in-transit to or have arrived in The Bahamas we will no longer be able to provide this service. Please advise if a package has to be returned to a member of our team immediately.

10. Packaging

Zoom Express will not be held responsible for items not properly packed for air or ocean transport; packages that are short shipped; packages delayed in transit; packages not labeled correctly and packages with fragile contents (glass etc.)

11. Lost Items

Lost Items:
Zoom Express will not be responsible for any lost item and will only repay up to $200 on items that are not insured and have successfully been delivered to our US warehouse and received by one of our team members.
